Grizzlies Dominate Pelicans, Extend Winning Streak
Morant Leads Memphis to 132-111 Victory

The Memphis Grizzlies continued their impressive start to the season on Friday night, defeating the New Orleans Pelicans 132-111 at FedExForum.
Ja Morant led the charge for Memphis with 25 points, 6 assists, and 3 steals. Dillon Brooks added 23 points, while Jaren Jackson Jr. contributed 17 points and 10 rebounds.
The Grizzlies took control of the game early, building a 17-point lead at the end of the first quarter. They continued to extend their advantage in the second quarter, hitting nine three-pointers and taking a 68-48 lead into halftime.
The Pelicans rallied in the third quarter, cutting the deficit to 10 points. However, the Grizzlies responded with a 12-0 run and never looked back.
CJ McCollum led the Pelicans with 24 points, while Zion Williamson added 23 points and 7 rebounds. Brandon Ingram was held to just 11 points on 3-of-14 shooting.
With the victory, the Grizzlies improved to 14-8 on the season and extended their winning streak to four games. The Pelicans dropped to 11-12.
The Grizzlies will be back in action on Sunday night when they host the Los Angeles Lakers.
